The aroma and freshness of coconut oil is obtained by crushing sun dried Copra. The dried copra is roasted and micro filtered for greater shelf life. Also the sun dried copra is fully dried to avoid moisture content in it. Sorted copra is used to ensure that quality of oil is always consistent. We use First Grade seed for the production of Oil, which is cleaned, filtered and dried using special technology to ensure the quality of the oil. The moisture content in the oil is confirmed to the Standard as per rules. Packing The packing of Coconut Oil are done with utmost care & in the most hygienic manner. Automated machines are used to pack oil so that there are no chances of contamination. All packing material used for packing are of food grade. Manpower The company has a good number of skilled labors for carrying out their process. The total work force is 50 employees. Purchase & Production Steps are made to ensure that quality raw materials are purchased as per the standards laid down by the company. Production process is carried out in a systematic manner and wastages are eliminated and maximum yield is got during the process. Panniankara Oil Mills ensures that good copra & first grade seeds are purchased from farmers and traders to ensure that good oil is received from it. Panniankara Oil Mill has a production capacity of 4000 Tonnes of Coconut Oil & 1000 Tonnes of Oil Cake per annum. Marketing Lakshmi coconut oil is spread through seven major states of India i.e. Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Orissa and Assam. Coconut oil is exported to Middle East countries also. Lakshmi coconut oil is priced in such a way that it is targeting all segments of consumers. Lakshmi coconut oil has a leading position in branded coconut oil in Kerala. Good promotions and advertising activities are carried out for the back up of the product. The company uses electronic, print media and window display methods of advertising to promote the products. Panniankara Oil Mills has good distribution network to ensure that products are always available to the consumers.
